Here's the specifics:

• Domestic USA orders over $200 get free USPS Priority Mail shipping
• Domestic USA orders under $200 get free USPS First Class shipping
• Domestic USA orders under $200 have the option for USPS Priority Mail shipping for just $8.00
  
  
• International orders over $200 receive free shipping (USPS)
• International orders under $200 ship the same USPS for a flat rate of just $10
